8 Scoops of Carte D' Or Vanilla Ice Cream
200g Christmas Pudding
100g Cranberry Sauce
2 Tbsp Mulled wine (Optional)
2 Tsp sugar
2 Tbsp of flaked toasted almonds
1 Tbsp chocolate shavings
Crumble the Christmas pudding into a small pan, Place on a low heat and warm through.
Mix the cranberry sauce, Mulled wine and sugar in a separate pan, Bring to the boil and stir for two minutes. Spoon half of the warmed Christmas pudding between four tall sundae glasses drizzle a spoonful of hot cranberry sauce over the warmed chocolate pudding and top with a spoon of Carte D' Or Vanilla Ice Cream. Repeat layers with the remaining pudding and cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and chocolate shavings, serve and tuck in immediately.
