I love trying new recipes, So I was extremely delighted to take part in Tesco's Festive Food Swap, Its a great chance to try a signature festive dish from another country. Its a real insight to see what other families from around the world will be tucking into on Christmas Day. I was excited to try Sałatka Jarzynowa, For many Polish people this traditional cooked vegetable salad reminds them of their childhood, It has been part of Polish tradition since time began, and most cannot imagine Christmas holidays without it.
