Green Smoothie


I've been trying to implement more greens into my diet, I tried lots of various recipes and so far this has to be the best.

Ingredients:
1 glass of cherry juice
A handful of spinach leaves
A handful of kale
A handful of blackberries
A handful of Raspberries




Method:
Blend all ingredients together, I don't mind the slight texture spinach leaves but if you want a smooth consistency ensure you blend the spinach leaves for a few seconds first.
