My Thoughts: I really loved using Love Yourself, having perfectly balanced meals delivered each evening made my life so much easier and I could really see the benefits of using this meal preparation service when working 9-5 every day, having your entire meals and snacks planned for the day just made life simpler and made me feel good knowing that I was eating was healthy. I would recommend ordering the day before, to ensure you have an entire meal for the following day.
Love yourself is perfect if you work long days or late nights, whenever you need a healthy meal at your fingertips, just knowing you could order an entire days meals and snacks is amazing, Love Yourself can provide you nutritious and tasty meals for the whole day, whereas otherwise you may have well just snacked or ate an unhealthy takeaway for quickness, I was so impressed with Love Yourself the meals tasted good and it was a pleasure to eat, most meal plan are £25.00 per day, which could be costly if you use them all of the time, but I can really see the benefits of using Love Yourself to step in on those hectic days to keep you on track.
