Rudolph Ginger Cookies

180g Plain Flour
2 Tbs Golden Syrup
60g Soft Brown Sugar
80g Margarine 
1 Tsp Ginger (powder)
1/2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda

Brown icing pen/Tube
Red smartie for nose

Sift flour...and add dry ingredients together....
Gently warm margarine and sugar and Golden Syrup...until dissolved...allow to cool slightly...add margarine mixture to dry mixture and gently work in until it forms a dough
Knead together and the roll onto floured surface whilst stall warm..cut using a circular cutter and place onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on gas mark 5

Onced cooked and cooled
using the icing pen draw on antlers...and eyes
the use some of the pen icing to stick on the smartie nose...
