Aveeno Cream

My son has always suffered with dry skin, So it important that I encourage him to moisturise daily, I too tend to get quite dry shin especially as the winter months creep in, I was delighted to try Aveeno scent free cream which is formulated with active colloidal oatmeal which is proven to help the skin's natural barrier. Aveeno cream is suitable for babies from three months and is clinically proven to hydrate and soothe dry sensitive skin leaving it feeling soft and smooth.

Last month was National Eczema Week, it is also the 40th anniversary of the National Eczema Society and to mark it Aveeno spoke to one of the UK’s most popular and well known doctors Dr Rob Hicks. Dr Hicks has provided some exclusive tip for a successful skincare routine and for managing dry, eczema prone skin.

With this in mind Aveeno has also launched the third book in the Ellie & Eddie series, by acclaimed children’s writer Penelope Harper, The Dry Ventures of Ellie and Eddie, Dry Skin Lessons. The children’s books follows the lives of young Ellie and her pet gecko, Eddie, who both suffer from dry skin. The Ellie & Eddie books have all been designed to help parents manage their children’s dry and eczema prone skin through a fun, educational and engaging way.

Aveeno is available in three sizes: Convenient 100ml tube and longer lasting 300ml and 500ml pump dispensers. For more information including the downloadable book Ellie & Eddie check out Aveeno.co.uk/skin-stories
