Ok....it's not that much of a magic moment.....but one that I'm quite proud of.
I had no idea what I would be baking...then I received an email with the spec of what I needed to make...The cake had to be delivered within a couple of day's to a central London office to be sold...
No Pressure then!!!!!
And here is is a Rainbow Google Cake....
I did feel the pressure as I was so unsure how it would turn out...so one attempt and the end results..I was quite chuffed.
